Dit is wie jij bent

 Completed MBO or HBO education.  Appr. 3 years of working experience in a relevant function at HR department.  Good knowledge of the MS office package.  Experience of working in an international environment.  Proficient in Dutch, English and German, spoken and written, more language skills could be advantageous in your role

Wat ga je doen

As a newly HR management support function you provide support for all HR to our staff in Eindhoven and you also manage the coordinating role for all our European offices. You will directly report to the Finance Manager Europe and support CEO / MD and the Management Team across Europe.

Your key job elements:

  • Recruitment, selection and onboarding of new staff members
  • Coordinate and support performance management
  • Setup, revise and align HR policies throughout Europe
  • Manage the E-days application manager - manage & coordinate the workflow
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
  • Manage day to day HR queries and HR mailbox
  • Help improving HR processes and coordinate between the offices
  • Support training and development of staff (e-learning/physical courses)
  • Communicate with public services when necessary
  • Handle complaints and grievance procedures
  • Support reporting elements
  • Organise personnel care, e.g. celebrations, anniversary, events
